Way to skew the story, Sage. That totally distorts my view of the books. The Harry Potter universe is irrevocably changed....woe is me!

Yay!!! Dumbledore's gay! I'm rather pleased. Now can you imagine - this gives the fanatics who already hate the Harry Potter books for their so-called 'evil magick and Satanism' themes even MORE reason to bash it...and you know that they will. *sighs*

I think it's fantastic.
Now I only wish there were more single parents in Harry Potter, to get a more balanced view of what life actually is. But I'm really really glad, plus it explains why Dumbledore was *so* loyal to Grindelwald as a teenager.

I just saw this on newsweek, and was waaay too excited because Dumbledore, who is a model for loads of children everywhere, is gay. It's like waving a giant "It's OKAY to be GAY!" banner around.
Rowling is awesome.
