Picture description says its 24" ~ two whole feet ~ yeah baby, sitting right next to my bed!!! I tried to use my magnifying glass for the price tag on top and I couldn't tell if it was $250.00, $270.00 or it could even look like $750.00

Okay ~ Now I know who my crystal teacher is   You have me digging all over looking up crystals I am not familiar with and your links to the two spheres are wonderful samples ~ now I've got to go dig up all my red jasper to see if any of them are that deep of a red  and Angel has carried some red tiger iron and it was a toss up between that and the silver leaf I got instead ~ something about silver and me,,,, 
I haven't worked with many variations of the same stone in meditations, hence my question ~ I usually work with amethyst and clear quartz, both of which I don't get different vibrations from so much as more of an amplified vibration depending on the stones, sphere or cluster I am working with. That amethyst cathedral in my prior post just screams at me - I wonder how it would be in person!
I'm glad you reminded me of the Malachite toxicity ~ I remember reading about it but had almost forgotten ~ nor have I tried any elixiars as yet as I am still trying to learn the different stones and all their attributes and uses ~ ~ ~ ~
Here lately I have really been drawn to Blue Lace Agate because it has a very soothing energy for me and of course my carnelians are every where! As to red coral - there's my champagne taste as most of the pieces I like are expensive! It is also frequently used by Native Indians together with turquoise to be representative of the earth mother and sky father,,,,
I shall return with many questions I am sure ~ you have a knowledge base which I'm just gonna love tapping into ~ you don't mind if I become a pest do you?

I’m sure you have plenty to teach me, Silver Firelight! I’ll always be happy to talk Crystals with you. I do have a piece of Silverleaf Jasper – but set aside, for now… Blue Lace Agate is one of my favourites too. S/he’s a very serene Crystalline, with gentle but impressively powerful higher vibrational qualities – I’m not at all surprised you’re drawn to it. I also have a fair few Carnelians (Cerridwen seems to be associated with these, as well as Fire Agate/Quartz & related species – She also appears to have a type of Quartz formation called after her – I seem to possess quite a few of these formations too!) As you like Silver – have you bought any Silver Aventurine? Or Silver Sheen Obsidian! Surely you'll love them if you have Something you may want to purchase for yourself (if you haven’t already..lol) is Molybdenum in Quartz & Galena in Quartz – I feel you might resonate very strongly with those! Also look into Stibnite if you haven’t already found it! The latter 3 however, do require careful handling (both because of levels of toxicity & the extreme potency of their vibrations, especially in the most sensitive individuals) but are all well worth it. One can always use a natural (not man-made) fabric to wield a Stibnite Wand, for instance – if you have already, I would be very interested to hear of your experiences with them. awwwww shucks, thank you willow~moon  I am sure we will learn much from each other.
Did I mention that my patrons were Cerridwen/Cernunnos?! But Cerridwen seems as if she is constantly with me in everything I do,,,,It seems as if everyday she teaches me something new that I've actually already known ~ today you've had me double checking Cerridwen associations and my wardrobe is 95% purple, black, white, gray & silver ~ I don't wear gold unless it is white gold, usually sterling silver, it makes sense now why I have carnelians everywhere ~ they seem to both project and absorb equally for me,,,,that I am partial to vanilla & almond (I special order my coffee beans - its a vanilla almond blend!), I used bergamont in my herbal blend for my dedication ritual, that I am drawn to clear crystal ~ I even had my handmade wand pulled out (I prefer my wand over an athame-although I did find a beautiful silver goddess athame recently that I had to have!) and had the magnafying glass out checking the crystal point I had chosen to put in it ~ why does it not surprise me that it has a five sided faceted tip 
A lot of the silver aventurine I saw pictured at a quick glance also tends to lean towards the lighter colored green aventurine I favor over the darker pieces (no surprise there ) AND I don't know if I want to know anymore about gemstones at the moment because I just found my new Yule gift http://www.crystalarium.com/spheres-s19 ... 259-p11521 and if I weren't hoarding money for our real estate taxes due next month that baby would already be on the UPS truck I tote around a lot of black obsidian to help keep me grounded and ward off negativity along with a crystal point that I haven't taken the time to put under the magnifying glass or my crystal worry stone for intuitive insight to carry me through the day,,,,placed on my forehead it also helps lessen headaches, which I seem to be getting more frequently around my granddaughter here of late.
I actually have a piece of fire agate slab tealight holder that I have been debating on keeping or listing in the store and a worry stone piece that Angel just gifted me ~ that's really a coinkydink!
And I stopped looking up the other pieces of quartz before I had another $500.00 gemstone bill between you and katherine (unless that piece of cathedral amethyst was $700.00 or more)
But I shall return somewhere once I've checked out some more gemstones!!

That's one beautiful Druzy, Silver Firelite! Looking at the Stones below it, the 'Mystic Merlinite' is simply Gabbro (possibly from Madagascar) and the 'Black Merlinite' appears to be Psilomene - another totally different Stone altogether...! I am just now getting back into working more so with Crystals but I think it's because they require specific attention and energy and they emit such intense and specific essences that it's not always for everyone to work with.
I wear them and have them on display as well. But Each and every crystal is used. I love them so much! I love that they are backed by science and that they are ultimately perfection!

Im getting mire and more into crystals and stones as well....I have always picked up odd shaped or differe.t stones shile out walking, sometimes they almost call to me..

Then from Hibiscus Moon I have... A Red Jasper Power Stone + A Light Smokey Quartz Double Terminated Enhydro to be shipped soon!
Then..... I just got off another auction on FB a Yellow Calcite Point, Apopholite tip, Larimar, and 3 Standing Quartz Points... JEEPERS!!
