I use the Paulina Tarot cards. This is my first deck, and it is honestly the only deck that really called to me. I love the whimsical, almost Victorian flair that it has. The art speaks to me and makes me feel what the card is saying... even before I have to look it up! (Ah, the angst of learning!) I am using the Paulina Tarot and I really love the images! So beautiful. I have had them for just under a month now, and I am still learning. I also purchased the Deviant Moon tarot and I don't know if I am ready to use it. I am still having a hard time trusting the thoughts that come to me, and I am REALLY scared to do an intuitive reading for someone else! But those are the tarots I have right now. Hope to collect more!

MM All,
Im currently using the Shadowscapes deck by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, when I say currently, I mean they arrived today and I havnt been able to leave them alone since! They are truly beautiful and from the readings I have done with them so far, theyve stolen my heart. Before these cards I used the Tarot of the Moon Garden, which I still love, I adore the imagery in those cards too. I have to say that the book wwhich accompanies the Shadowscapes is a total bonus, not for the card meanings necessarily, although I do think that anyone starting out would find it to be very useful but from my perspective the book shows larger images of the cards, albeit in grey scale, which is fantastic as each card contains so much fine detail, its quite easy to miss some of the more artistic touches unless you really study the cards closely.

I am using the Fairy Ring Tarot deck, it is so beautiful and well illustrated.
I love how each card has a mysertious creature of the Fairy realm, both light and dark. The book gives wonderful little stories on each character in each card which is closely related to the messages the cards give. There are also a number of great meditations in the book which help you to work with the various characters in the deck in your meditations.
It is the best deck I have had or seen so far, I absolutely love it!
And the picture of Robin Goodfellow on the cover (Pan) is not all bad for the eyes either, he looks a lot like my hubby too... ggrrrrrr...

I love my complex Thoth. It might be difficult to work with as a beginner if you rely much on Crowleys advanced text, but Frieda Harrisis illustration cannot be matched by another pack. Sure, many other packs may look good, but they seem to lack that everything in detailed symbolism that you get to discover from the Toth constantly. That for me keeps it so intresting; you can draw the same card for months and still discover new aspects of it. The sense of progress is great when you embark something as difficult as the essence of Thoth, its exhilarating to solve the puzzle! I use the pack firstly for self-discovery, the divination is not of much intrest to me. I feel the pack is very cooperative, if I don't 'get' something, I'll ask for specification and get the simplified answer. It is obvious to me that this is my main pack for life, though I might be intrested in studying the traditional Raider-Waite at some point. I'm also thinking about buying Antero&Sylvi Alli's Vertical Oracle cards for fun. I love Sylvis surreal collages and Anteros texts are so lovingly crafted, they always hit the spot. Any friend of RAWs is a friend of mine lol! Besides some *ahem* watered-down versions, there are Good easier to comprehend-books explaining Thoth meanings aswell. I've heard nice things about Lon Milo Duquettes 'Understanding Aleister Crowley's Thoth Tarot'-book, but haven't read it myself yet. You might want to look into that if intrested in the pack but have felt intimidated by the authors rambles

I'm using right now by 2 decks - Magical Tarot of Golden Dawn (by Tabata Cicero) and Tarot Thote (A. Crowley).

Currently I've been working mainly with the Oracle of Visions and my Healing Fairies Oracle cards, on occasion the Guilded tarot.

Well I got four new tarot decks for one and each of my friends. They all picked one which they felt they could connect to for i heard it is important to pick a deck you understand and could relate to somewhat and most important read. Ya so i bought a ruins deck. Wiccan deck for my friend ashley becuase she always wanted one of them and could never afford it so with my work money i got it for her. A quick and easy deck for me ofc I'm new to this so sometimes I need to read a discription for help but it has gotten easier it's like a normall deck it has the fool, magician, priestess,moon, ect once I get really good I'ma buy a different deck just takking it step by step.My readings seem some what accurate to far so I'm happy  . I guess thats what your tarrot lessons are for so I'ma take that durring summer or winter break. The forth one is the green man oracle which he always uses it's an awesome deck for one of my friends who is a nature and tree freak like he knows what all the meanings of the tree's are and all there names.
Like literally we are walking in teh woods he he screams like someone is gon na kill him then he says "Omg guys thats an ashe, it's an aspen, its a black berry", really when I'm with him I feel dumb tree wise then he starts talken about there meanings, but on the bright side I learn something new everyday so I'm happy to have my friends. I already feel to smart, and I'm not even out of highschool yet. I'm always asking how do you know so much about this he studies it for a living for he wants to be a biologist like me so he is an awesome friend maybe we can work together. There's a fairy deck? Might have to get it tbh!!!
