I was recently reading Cosmo Girl magazine and there was an article on reading tea-leaves,which I found rather interesting....I did some research and I thought I'd post my findings here for anyone who is interested....I have never actually tried this(not a great fan of tea

) so if anyone has tried it I would love to hear if it was accurate etc.Thanx and enjoy
How to read tea leaves
Using loose tea leaves, make tea in a pot and think about a specific question.Use a cup and saucer, pour the tea without a strainer and drink as normal.
When there's a tiny bit of liquid left in the cup, hold it in your left hand(right if you're left-handed),close your eyes, breathe deeply and ask your question.Turn the cup anti-clockwise three times.
Turn the upside down on its saucer and allow it to drain.Once the tea has drained out, turn the cup over and look at the shapes made by the leaves.
Read the cup clockwisefrom the handle(which represents you).Shapes near the handle are very meaningful.Where they appear relates to time:
~The rim and upper part of the cup=present
~Middle area=up to a week ahead
~Base of the cup=Weeks or months ahead.
Here is what some of the shapes(left by the tea leaves) could mean
Dots-Lots of dots mean a busy time and loads of energy.
Dots in a line-A short journey to a friend or relatives house.
Circle of dots-Holidays are on the way.
Wavy lines-You're feeling emotional.Look at symbols nearby to find out what you're emotional about.
Squares and rectangles-Challenges!If there's a dot inside it you'll soon recieve news via a letter,a text or an email.
Clearly defined circle-Gifts,cash luck or general good fortune.
Flower-Joy and happiness.
Tree- A symbol of life,it usually connects to your family and your roots. There is news connected to them.
Knots/tangles-Stress.You're not thinking clearly. You need to kick back when you see this in a cup.
