I am not sure if I should post this here but it has helped me in the past. My grandmother was the one to introduce it to me, she had used it successfully to clam down different people who had different problems. It help me when I read the ending to this book which was sad. I could not stop crying I was hysterical ( I really get into books ) and a few drops of the stuff calmed me down in a few seconds.
It is not a home made herbal remedy which is why I do not know if I should post it here. It is however made by a company that uses no artificial chemicals only natural substances. The company is called Natures Sunshine and the product is Distress Remedy.
I hope this helps.
