I get the same way since I've been reading seemingly the same books over and over again for so long. One of the best ways to extend farther into the knowledge base that is out there is to find an author who has written extensively on the subject. This way hopefully if it is a good enough author they won't be continuing to repeat themselves.

Well, 101 books are there to help you understand the basics, and from them you figure out which aspects and ideas you do and don't like.
If you're bored with those books, then what I would suggest is looking for more specific books on topics that you prefer; like finding a book specifically on candle/herb magic or magical symbols to give you more in-depth information.
Another thing with the 101 books is that, while they provide a foundation, it's up to you and your experiences to guide the rest of the way. The books are just starting points; a lot of the learning comes from action, and that takes time. Years, in fact.
So if you're tired of reading, then start doing!

When I was into Wicca, I also got sick and tired of 101 books. Even worse was knowing that I knew more than the author did half the time. Try looking into different subjects such as dark paganism - authors like Konstantinos and (even though I don't like his Goth Craft) Raven Digitalis.
Even though I adore Christopher Penczak's work, his Temple of Witchcraft series are pretty much 101 books even though they profess to take you through higher levels of training as the series progress. I have finished The Temple of High Witchcraft and it's basically High Magick 101 mixed with a few Low Magick elements and his own interpretations. *shrugs* Just branch out and look for specific subjects in the title of the book. Anything that says "Wicca" in the title is probably going to be a 101 book.

Without knowing what those skills are or what aspects you want to develop, its very hard to give recommendations.

I did find one thread we already had on possible advanced reading:
http://magickaschool.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4493
Some popular authors you may find have their books progressing in a series from the more basic to advanced ~ maybe see if you find an author you like that has some advanced material.

Try:
"Ars Philtron: Concerning the Aqueous Cunning Of the Potion And Its Praxis in the Green Arte Magical" by Daniel Schulke ~ a wonderful for working with potions - not just spells. "Viridarium Umbris. The Pleasure Garden of Shadows, which Treats of the Secret Knowledge of Trees and Herbs Deliver'd by the Fallen Angels unto Man" by Daniel Schulke.
"One. The Grimoire of the Golden Toad" by Andrew Chumbley.
