so this is my version of The Sun

again this isnt a very good photo and it is only a rough draft in my notebook, just to get it down on paper. i plan on doin gmore work to it but sad to say art isnt my strongest point. anyway i hope you enjoy this interpretation as much as you have my other two.
first off, let me say that to me The Sun represents letting go of inhibitions, past worries etc and trying to remember there is always a silver lining or a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak. and its about trying to recapture the joy and wonder we used to have as a child and becoming a stronger more confident version of ourselves or in whatever the issues in question is when the card is drawn.
again i have tried to keep some elements of my card true to the rider-waite depiction as that is the deck im working with.
In the RW version, there is a naked boy riding on a white horse away from a well kept walled garden. In my version the boy is walking away from the garden (i just used a wall to represent the garden) and along the shore, behind him there is a trail of footprints that started off large and man sized and are now child sized. To me this shows the journey of trying to connect with our inner child. There is also a trail of clothes behind the child, this obviously representing the loss of inhibitions etc.
The sun is shining from the corner and not the usual centre of the 'sky' this is my way of showing that theres a silver lining in all things.
Havent explained very well but i hope you like and understand the general idea
