A shadow
Your symbol is a shadow. You are a shy, solitary person. You are rather anti-social and isn’t very talkative. You prefer to spend time be yourself. You don’t like to make conversation with others. At times, you much prefer that people treat you as part of the furniture rather than feel obliged to make polite conversation. You need to build up your confidence and open up to others. Shadows are often stepped upon mainly as they make no effort to defend themselves. Don’t let people treat you like a doormat. If they step on you, throw them off!

The Knot of Love or 'Lovers Knot' is popular in American Symbolism. The heart in the middle, surrounded by a seemingly neverending knot was used in marrige proposals and in simple expressions of love.
