Merry meet everyone

I thought I would do a quick post on paragraphing your posts on a bulletin board.

This forum and many other bulletin boards as they are called have a slightly different way of formatting posts that we were all taught at school. Instead of a new line when starting a new paragraph we add in a blank line. This makes it easier for others to read as the font can be quite small.

For example:

I was wondering if Pino is the Crone of Magicka.I am sure he is.Do you think he is?Do you think we should ask him?I also think its great that Magicka has so many members from around the world as we can all share our different cultures.The internet is really good for that.I Love how everyone comes together and meets up in the chat room,it can be so much fun.What do you think the weather will be like at the weekend?Do you think it will be sunny as I would like to go for a picnic in the park.Would anyone like to join me if it is sunny?We can bring cake and cookies and maybe a ball to throw around. if it is really really nice we can go skinny dipping in the lake.What is your favourite sandwich and what do you want to drink?If you tell me I can bring it for you to eat and drink.I cant think of anything to type but I guess you get my point... oh yes did you know I had VIP tickets to go and see the Super Furry Animals in concert? Yes I have, its so wonderful and I cant wait to go as I like them a lot, my favourite song is Ice Hockey Hair and I like to play it when I am getting ready to go out.It should be a good night as I am meeting up with some of my friends and we are going dancing afterwards.I hope it is not too busy at work today as I have a lot of paperwork to do, I just hope i can catch up on it all in time for the weekend so I dont have to stay longer than I need to and can get away early.That reminds me I must call my mother and ask her what she would like for lunch on sunday as she is coming over with my sister and her husband. I have no idea what to make as my sister doesnt like any vegetables...I also have lots of ironing to do but they are mostly shirts and I like to iron shirts better than any other item of clothing.Do you like ironing?Most people detest it and would rather do something else.I have a friend who irons as she watches television so it doesnt seem like that much of a chore to do.Are you finding this hard to read?Have you given up yet?If you are still reading you have a whole lot of patience!!

As you can see above it is really very difficult to read, and you will often find people will not read it at all and usually bypass onto the next post leaving any questions made unanswered.

So try and add some line spaces within your text to break your post up.
<this is a line space>
Especially if your post is going to be quite long.

If you usually type your posts similar to the above and then view it later, you may think that it is automatically formatted as the post includes line spaces and breaks.

What really happens is the Magicka Staff have formatted your post for you to make sure that it is read by other members and not ignored. This takes up quite a lot of our time and can be tedious after a while. We have to do it all by hand.
