All I'm going to write is at one point God did infact send his armies into war and Lucifer did try to save them at some point.

Ye I know actually alot of things that seem to be facts are actually not facts at all it all depends on the perspective of the person you are telling right? I can say 75 percent of the earth is ocean and there are some poeple who disagree so most facts turn out to be both true and false depending on the person you tell. Yes many poeples do believe in it actually almost half of my community I live in probabbly believes in it thankx for bringing it up though briganta no reason for the frowny face I put why be sad for what poeple believe in right its not like it's a true fact. Actually I think fact and opinion should be changed into believer or non-believer it makes more sense becuase fact is a stronge word to use it means that it is absolutely correct and nothening truely is absolutley correct depending on the person.

I would like to ask the heads of the major religions what gives them the right to tell everyone else that they are wrong. Everyones belief system is valid to them, and I would just like to know what gives them the right to tell everyone else they are wrong, especially when even the christianity based religions cannot agree amongst themselves what is true and what is not.

I had to avert a disaster from happening earlier at school. One of my friends said "the gods" in a sentence. A random man stood up to announce there was only one true god. My friend, who is a bit of trickster, yelled, "LIES!" at him. I swear, he looked like his face was going to explode. I had to stand up and request that we had this discussion later, my baby was already fussy, I didn't want to listen to an emotional debate in which my friend ripped this poor man to pieces. I probably should have let him try to defend himself, now that I think about it. Maybe I would have some "answers" for you guys.

You guys should see the street preachers here in Adelaide. They hang out in Rundle Mall standing on chairs and screaming through megaphones at passers-by, telling 13-year-old girls they're (insert derogatory word for prostitute)s and going to burn in hell.

Ugh. It feels like we practice the only religions that don't beat people over the head with our beliefs. Why is that?

We think before we act is what I'm guessing maybe becuase we see the good and bad in everything makking us see things more clearly? I'm not sure to be honest, but can that be a reason?

I would ask Catholic's why they are not only OK with braking one of their 10 commandments, but they make it a part of their ritual. I'm speaking of the worship of false idles, or any one besides "God" such as Marry or the Saints. Why do they think they are not worshiping false idles when it is all to obvious that they are.

Yep, I've always wondered about the idols thing too, they have statues of Jesus, Mary and some of the angels in a lot of churches and elsewhere.

I would be curious to understand why Catholics use idols, too. I'm aware that Yahweh is never portrayed in likeness, as he commanded, but as you have mentioned, the Saints, Mary and Christ are depicted regularly. If Christ is accepted to be an aspect of God, then that it is indeed a violation of his commandment as an aspect of himself has been portrayed. Of course Catholicism inherited much of the disdain for false idols from the 365 Negative Precepts of the Law within Judaism as well as the 10 Commandments - but it's interesting how some things seem like cherry-picking.

It was never the semantics over who/what/how they worshiped within the Christian churches ~ it was always all about power and control over the masses, from the earliest of times,,,,and remains so to this very day!
