I've always been drawn to Chiron & Diana, even during my Christian years. I felt a strong pull to the moon & Centaurs were so captivating (I knew about them since I was born as I'm a Sagittarius) When I started following the Wiccan Path, I noticed that almost everyone had a God & Goddess that they found comfort in and that these deities were personal to each person. I must admit I got a bit nervous! What if none of them wanted me? And a variety of self doubting questions.
Since I always felt drawn to the moon, my love of Diana was soon realized. Also, she is an archer, an activity I love.
But I always thought that my God would need to, in some way, 'fit' with the Goddess. But if I ever need comfort for any reason, I feel Chiron there watching over me, teaching me. He's always been there even when I didn't realize. So, whether its conventional or not, He is my God (even thought he is technically only half God).
Just remember, even when you feel lost, you are always found. You are in the arms of you Pagan family & all the Deities that watch over us all. Every day. So if something seems weird or unconventional, but totally right for you, then you're not wrong! Just different! So stick with us, cos we are a weird and unconventional family! And we love you
