My mama found out she has two tumors around her throat and is going to an oncologist for a biopsy soon. I'm really worried because the last couple of months she's been really sick. If anyone would like to say some prays or whatever, I think it'd help out. I'm lost and don't know what to do besides be there for her and try to make the stress levels in the house as small as can be. Everything has been so crazy the last month. My friends father died, it was my friends 3 year death anniversary, my uncle had a quadruple bipass. & now this with my mama. Not to mention we can barely hold on to our house. If there is anything you can think of that I should be doing, please let me know.

Sorry to hear you are having such a time. Stay grounded and look after yourself so you can offer your Mama the support she needs.
You are in my prayers and I am hoping for a positive outcome of the biopsies.

Thank you guys. She just told me today that she has lung cancer.  They are afraid that it has spread up into her head because she has another tumor in her neck. If I heard correctly she just left to get a brain scan to check it out. Again, thanks for the prays. She needs it. BB

Thanks again. She has Stage 3b lung cancer & she just had her first treatment of chemo a couple days ago. ( And no it didn't spread into her brain ) She seems to be doing alright. I'm staying strong for her.  Thanks again you guys!

Just a thought that I believe I'm meant to relay to you: three people I know of who had throat or neck cancers were saved by feeding tubes that they had installed. The chemo and radiation made it very difficult to eat, drink, swallow...etc. If your Mum hasn't gotten one already, perhaps she should ask for one.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. She does have a port of some sort thats been fixed by her clavicle. But I think she said it was for iv's and stuff.

Just thought I would let you guys know that my mom has her second chemo treatment on the 13th. &&&& It's also a month and a week that I have not had any cigarettes. I'm so proud of myself! & my mom hasn't had one since right before her first chemo tx! I've had quite the turn around of events in the last two days. I was dropped from jury duty, (thank you my lords and ladies!  ) The $2600 debt I had from my school was dropped from the tuition company, because my teacher had them drop it! & I start working at the school for the office on Monday to help work off the money. Seriously wayyyy too happy to type right now things arent even making sense to me. lulz & I got money to go see a pink floyd laser light show at the orange county fair with my friends. Honestly, you guys must be doing something right because things are turning around and for that I'm grateful! Please if you can, keep the prays coming for my mama she's gonna need them this week. BB friends!

i light a candle and send out healing energy routinely for my nanna who is suffering from cancer, i shall do the same for you and your mama and hope and prayer that her next round of chemo goes well
