I start Training Harder tomorrow. Tomorrow I am cutting out White Substances (White Flour, White Sugar etc..) and really cracking down on my Nutrition. I let myself ease up a bit but nope. Second week of June i'll re-evaluate where I am and see what needs to be done. But until then I'm on it! I'll have one day where I can eat whatever I please but that is it. Have my Vegan Mac n Cheese last night and some snickerdoodles. Will have a Vegan Choco Cupcake with Buttercream Frosting tonight and BAM tomorrow I train like I should!

So the Cupcake was good. I'm over it lol.

Well, actually I will be doing squats while hanging from my neck and then doing upper arm and spine exercises with bands......Please Girl....You know I had to smoke!! I told you this was the Christian side of the houses week of revival......but I did order the herbal supplements and when they come in (which should be anytime) I am going to start in earnest!!

Well lets just say today I worked out in my gym and also in PE.
Lets start in PE today we started the fitness testing for the final exams. Today we did the pacer test I mean it isn't that hard, but it still is a work out. The pacer is like doing suicides you have to run from one side of the basket ball court to the other in a certain amount of time. You have to make it to the other side before the machine beeps. It starts out with a slow pace, but increases in speed every 10 rounds. So, basically the first 30 rounds is walking, and speed walking. When it hits 40 you should be at a jog. When it hits 80 you should be runing. When it hits 100 you should be runing at a very fast pace. Well I got to 130 this time which is an A with 10 point extra credit which is not that easy to do. The highest I have gotten is about 100-110, but I pushed extra hard this time. I hade such a hard time breathing after though, and I was so sweaty I could smell myself it was really nasty. Yesterday we did push ups I got 30, and then in the sit in reach I got 6.5 inches.

In the gym I was working on my legs I forgot what its called, but you put both your feet on a platform. After you do that you push up slowely and then back down. You see I don't work on my legs that much, so I only was pushing 60 pounds. I did the up down motion like 20 times though I could really feel the burn on my upper and lower legs. Then I ran some on the tred mill about 25 mins started on speed 4, and then I went up to 8.

This is why I might jion track becuase I'm a good runer, and not only that I have speed. Also my energy allows me not to get tired so fast when I'm runing its like an extra boost.

Today I went for the a morning walk from 6 to 8. I exchanged from normall walking to speed walking every block I passed. I even hade a chance to watch the sunrise, and here the birds sing their early songs as they wake up. Plus I walked my entire nieghborhood plus 3 others that are futher down from mine. This will probabbly be the only work out I do today becuase I'm physically tired from yesterday's workout. :faint:

Well today I went to the gym for a little while after a meeting I hade. I did not do as much as I usually do though I just used the tred mill and the leg press. So, on the tred mill I walked for 30 mins starting at 2 and worked my way up to 4.5. Then I took a little break, and then I did the runing session. I started at 2 working my way up to 7.5 for another 30 mins. I definately hade to take a break after that one I was so winded. Right after I felt ready I did some leg presses I did 30 of each method which there where only 2 listed, and I was pushing 50 pounds on each one of the methods I don't want to over do it. After that I was done and completely worn out. When I got home it was about 12 at night. Now I'm just relaxing and listening to Kelly Clarkson, and doing make up homework. :)

Went for a morning walk. I walked our entire neighborhood 4 times. I loved the walk it was, so peacefull. Well there where some cases when I heard the early tunes of a bird that they sing in the morning. Also the air smelled of fresh pine leaves, and grass. I could also here the whistle of the train that passes by here in the distance. I also got to see the sunrise in the sky it was mostly purplish mixed with orange today. After that I went inside then I ended up wealking to target afterward to buy a card for my mom. I ran home on the way back. :)

I started the Insanity workout regime on this past Friday and let me just say...it earns it's name. I'm almost a week in now and I'm starting to see some small results already. I'm also taking Creatine as a post workout supplement. So we'll see how it goes. Insanity is a 60 day work out program I believe and then it's on to P90X which is 90 days. Then it's on to a hybrid of the two.

I think I'm also going to start doing Hip Hop Abs with my wife during the week or weekends. She is always complaining about her baby weight and not having abs and such. So I think I'm gonna motivate her to help her get what she wants. I do my work outs at work in the morning during the weekdays and my Insanity when I get home after work. Eventually, when I get myself on a better eating habit, I'll start to incorporate weight lifting in the afternoons at lunch time too.

I hope to be looking good come summer.

Almost done week two of Insanity and seems to be getting only a little easier and just as I said that to myself yesterday I noticed that a new workout was thrown into the mix this morning. Today was a day that will live in infamy because today I was hurting after my workout but if felt good after. I'm now at a steady 174-176 lbs. Hopefully I'll start dropping weight now.

Hi Folks, I quit smoking starting on June3rd ; Id been smoking since I was 15yrs old. About a year ago I began to understand that cigarette tobacco was sprayed with chemicals and pesticides. So I reasoned with myself that it actually wasn't the tobacco that did you in, it was all the other stuff in there that did it. So I started smoking cigarillo's which are small cigars. The craving for cigarettes left me; Finally, I decided to quit smoking completely and I stopped smoking the small cigars about 9days ago, and it has been a whole lot easier. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they either use less chemicals or none at all. It seems to me it's all that other stuff they put in there that gives the person the big " C " . This worked for me, but don't expect a miracle over night; you have to wait until all the pesticides and chemicals are out of your system; I think it takes about 2wks. Congrats to you Seektoknow! I too have the addiction and am having a terrible time letting it go this time, I quit once for years and picked them back up and I desperately need to let them go again!!!
