As T.Q. said, it's very difficult to make them - but not impossible. I used to have a blueprint for a homemade essential oil distiller. It would take quite a few rounds to distill the oil to a pure state. There's also cold-pressing. I guess it depends on how pure you want the oils.

i can buy them at the occult store near my house. It has good ones for daily or ritual uses.
