I rather doubt anyone is going to offer you a spell. First of all, it's more effective to write your own spells, that way your desires are woven into the words. Secondly, we hardly know you, we don't know your level of experience. I believe you are very new if I remember your introduction correctly.
Before you start trying to work spells I would advise you to study, read and learn more about the path you have set foot upon, understand the tides of the earth and what each Sabbat is about. Then there will be time later on for you to start spell-work. The course here will give you a good grounding but you still need to read, research and become comfortable working with energy. And did I say read?
Some would say that doing a spell to 'make-up' would be taking away your wife's freedom of choice; so you need to know how you feel about that, I would say, before working any spells.
Have you tried approaching her and trying to talk things out? Doing everything mundanely possible is usually advised before jumping in to work magic.
One thing you can do is to keep visualizing being back together again and trying to stay positive.
