Hi, I just took my 1 tarot test and it didn't record any of my answers for some reason then gave me a 0 percent. I know I did well and hope someone can figure out the problem. I emailed the admin to get my test reset, hopefully this doesn't happen again.

I haven't had that happen to me but I would have suggested contacting the administrator! Good luck in your studies! We are all here to help!

Thanks, I have done that so hopefully it will get sorted out soon so I can retake it and be on my way to my second test.

After clicking the answer move to the side and click again that sets the answer so you wont loose it. ~ Elia

Does anyone have any idea on how long it takes admin to reset the testing? I emailed the day before yesterday and haven't gotten a reply....

Has this been reset for you yet? if not you may wish to email admin again and let them know that it has yet to be done i know Pino has been working on a few issues and may well have forgotten to do this 
Please also when you ask to have exams reset you need to provide the course and the lesson exam that needs to be reset, your email address and log in name on the main page  that will help get things done easier
