I have terrible news that I am requesting some help with.

I just found out that my step father has been sexually abusing my 15 year old sister! I suspected he was doing this to our 8 year old sister when I was living there 4 years ago (so, she was 4 at the time), but my mother didn't believe me. Clifford has been giving April lots of gifts lately. Then, he started crawling into bed with her at night in his undergarments and started touching her. Finally, April got up the courage to tell my mom, who then asked one of her co-workers what she should do. We believe it was the co-worker who turned things in to authorities.

I also suspect that Cliff had done this to his two daughters from a previous relationship. I was told by my mother years ago that their mother had 'brainwashed' them into believing 'things that weren't true'. Knowing what I know now, I believe he sexually abused them as well.

I would ask for any prayers you may be willing to offer...or anything else you wish to do. I would really appreciate anything you can and are willing to offer.

omg, as a mother and sister i am horrified. im so sorry your family (and you) are having to deal with this type of situation ((hugs)).
i will light some candles and and do some work for all of you; ive got a great lil love ritual which can really help in abuse situations.

Thank you so much, Ruby love! ((hugs)) You guys are all wonderful. I'm actually dealing with this pretty well. I was abused by our step brother in the past, so I know what she is going through. I also did some meditation with the Goddess last night and I have been more reassured that my requests and prayers have been heard and they will be safe.

I myself have done some spells and a sigil working for protection for them. I have hardly any contact with my mom or step dad, so I am in no danger. April is also not allowed over there anymore until the investigation is over. It's Catelyn whom I'm most concerned about. They haven't removed her or my brother from the home.

Anyhoo, I'm rambling again! I do that a lot! Thanks for you help. It is greatly appreciated!

Oh Bastette, Im so sorry, i cant stand to here a child has been hurt at the hands of an adult, esp. that kind of hurt!!! Is he in custody? Id think the other children would have been automatically removed by child services. Bless you sweetheart, ill keep you and your sister in my thoughts and prayers, let us know when they take him to jail we will celebrate with you.

Yes he should be in custody and if not the children should be in protective custody. I would advise you to contact the authorities and tell them your suspicions about the other children as well. If he is not allowed to live at your Mom's house, the other children might be in danger as well.

My sister has a foster daughter who was abused by her father, he is serving 40+ years in prison now... And, just to reassure you, my spirit says that the protection you called is working!

As far as I know, Cody and Catelyn (the remaining two sibs at the house) have NOT been removed, nor has my step dad been taken into custody. He is still under investigation, and until he has been proven guilty, they cannot take him into custody (GRRR). My biological dad said he gave child services my phone numbers, so if I don't hear from them in a few days I will contact them. Also, I called my uncle who is a police officer (in a different county, though, so he has no pull in this case) as well as my grandparents (my mom's parents) and they are on our side.

Right now it's just a matter of time to see what pans out. Magick shared is magick lost, so I will simply let my magick do as it will. Also, the Gods have heard and are evaluating some requests I have sent out. That's all we can ask for. Luckily, April is my full, blood sister, so there are a few more ancient tricks I have up my sleeves to help protect her and make it so she will be prompted to tell the truth from here on out.

Thank you all for your support. It means so much to me. I was sexually abused by our now ex-step-brother when I was 13, so I know what she is going through.

Oh, and yes, I have a place for both my brother and sister catelyn to stay. April is living full time with our biological dad. When I called my grandparents and aunt and uncle, I also put them on stand by to possibly be a temporary home for Cody and Catelyn. They live in the school district they attend and I live a half hour away, so it would be better if they could stay with them, but I am also willing as well.

So sorry to hear of what you are going through, Bastette. You mentioned that they can't take him into custody until he's proven guilty - I thought it was a jury that finds people guilty - I mean, people get taken into custody on suspicion of committing murder, etc., so I don't understand........

I do hope the children will be alright.

Unfortunately, no, I can't move back in, or I would have removed those kids from that home a long time ago. There's not enough food to go around and they half starve (I know because it used to happen to me, and I occasionally witness it when I see my siblings). My mom kicked me out two weeks after I turned 18. I told her to stop throwing pens and pencils at my brother (he didn't want to do his homework). She told me she was tired of me butting into her business where I don't belong. She said 'get out of my house'; so I did. I had my fiance and his dad help me move all of my stuff out that very night in about 2-3 hours. My mom completely disappeared and my step dad (the nasty pedophile mentioned above) sat smoking watching TV and paying no attention to me.

I have been able to keep something similar to a 'relationship' going just so I can see my siblings. My mom thinks that everything is okay- she even still tries to boss me around. Luckily, she doesn't know where I live, and she only has my cell number, not my land line. I tried to warn her about this mas 4 years ago, but she wouldn't listen. So as far as I'm concerned, she's just as guilty as he is. It's going to take a lot for me to forgive her. She's made the situation worse, and it's her own fault. She can blame no one but herself. And I don't feel sorry for her.

If children's services hasn't contacted me by thursday, I will be contacted them to give them my side of the story. Unfortunately, they haven't removed Cody and Catelyn from the home. But, they don't know that Cliff tried to do this to Catelyn 4 years ago. They only know about April recently. I just can't believe he is still allowed to be at the house. They are acting like nothing is wrong. It's horrible.

Thinking of you and your siblings Bassette, what a horrible situation to be in,,, i`m afraid i`d end up in prison if i meet that life form, there is no excuse for that,,, and i dont except that he may have had it done to him,,, i dont know anyone who had a perfect childhood and we all turned out great.

Urgh! So I just found out that since Clifford didn't touch my sister's "private parts", his actions are not illegal, just immoral, and he cannot be convicted of a crime unless there is evidence he has done this before in the past.

What is even more frustrating is Cliff is not denying what he has done. But, my mom is saying all he did was walk around in his underwear. She is in complete denial. And now, she is accusing me of filing the report and has said I can never see Cody or Catelyn again!

Extra prayers or anything else you are willing to do would be greatly appreciated. We need to get this guy! He needs to be convicted so he doesn't do this to anyone else in the future!

I am raising prayers up for you now and forward. Unfortunately the law is very very murky in many of the states on this subject. In my home state for instance, there is no jail sentence unless "penetration" occured. A sicko can feel a little girl up and gets probation.

Remember that the Gods are on your side and that they will deal with him. Remember karma. He will not get by unscathed.
