Returns Information

If you are not happy with your goods you may return them to us for a refund or exchange.

If the goods are faulty or damaged you will not incur any postage costs.

Please contact us by email if you are wishing to return items as you will require a Returns Authorisation Code to add to your returns sheet for inside of your parcel. We will provide you with instructions on returning. It is recommended that you obtain Proof of Posting from your Post Office/Postal Service when returning items, as well as a receipt for any postage you pay if you require your postage refunded.

Refunds will be given when original order is received back to us. We will contact you via email when we have received them back.
Exchanges or new goods will be shipped when original order is received back to us.
